Unveiled earlier this month, the new 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class brings a lot to the table including more power, more technology, more interior space, and more luxury overall.
The 2021 S-Class has a wide range of new safety features as well including a side-impact system that will raise the car when a collision is detected in order to prevent serious injury.
Inside, the 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class offers an impressive new cockpit with at its center an amazing 12.3-inch OLED screen that delivers incredible 2D and 3D graphics. There’s a second 12.3-inch OLED screen ahead of the driver that can be customized to your needs.
There’s more space inside the new 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class as well. Indeed, the short wheelbase version offers an additional 41 mm of space while the S-Class Long Wheelbase gets an additional 24 mm of space. There’s a generous 550 litres of total cargo space in the new S-Class as well.
Powering the new S500 is a 3.0-litre turbocharged six-cylinder that delivers a potent 429 horsepower and 384 pound-feet of torque. The more powerful S580 offers 496 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque. Both get a mild-hybrid system to improve efficiency, and there’s a plug-in hybrid engine on the way as well.
The 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class will go on sale in the first half of 2021.
